What You'll Do

Prospect and generate your own leads across the Antelope Valley

Meet with homeowners, present solar solutions, and close deals

Build and manage your own pipeline from first knock to signed contract

Requirements

Outside sales experience preferred (solar, roofing, home improvement, or door-to-door a big plus)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean professional appearance

Comfortable with a commission-only pay structure
Compensation: Commission only — uncapped. The harder you work, the more you make.
